Who We Are

Our Story

After years of making other business owners successful, we realized something - we were pouring our energy into someone else's dream while struggling to keep our own lives afloat. With our combined background in customer service, leadership, sales, and operations, we decided to take the leap and build something of our own.

Behle Contracting & Consulting was born out of a desire to create stability for our family while helping other small businesses succeed. We're here to provide real, human support and practical guidance that makes running a business easier.

Meet the Founders:

Carly

Carly is the detail queen — the one who actually likes color-coding spreadsheets and wrangling inbox chaos. She’s worked as a VA, live chat rep, and even ran the show at a marketing firm, but her true superpower is making people feel heard and cared for. When she’s not typing at lightning speed, you’ll find her hunting for Dollar Store beauty finds, designing content, or herding three kids and three dogs (all with different attitudes).

Logan

Logan is the big-picture guy - the fixer, the motivator, and the one who somehow always knows how to MacGyver his way through a problem. With experience in sales, leadership, and construction management, he's seen it all and solved it all. He's also the one who keeps Carly laughing when the to-do-list feels endless. When he's not working, you'll probably catch him out in the garage, outdoors, or roped into one of Carly's DIY projects.

Together:

We balance each other out - Carly's all about details, and Logan's all about direction. What we share is the drive to build something of our own, a legacy we can be proud of, while helping other small business grow along the way.
